  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that made-to-order or customized items are non-refundable. Other non-eligible items may include:

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)

Cancellation Policy

For order cancellations before shipment, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the non-refundable transaction costs charged by our payment processor (e.g., Shopify, PayPal).

Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
