Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
If you request to cancel your order before shipment, please note that an 8% cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable payment processing costs charged by our eCommerce platform.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

- Incorrect or incomplete

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend:
